Mandaue stunner wins best in national costume at MUP 2020 prelims

Miss Mandaue Lou Dominique Piczon won best in national costume at the preliminaries for Miss Universe Philippines 2020 held at the Baguio Country Club Friday night.

Piczon, 20, was also the winner in the MUP runway challenge.

At 5’9, Piczon is an account executive for Kenneth Cobonpue. Pageant expert Norman Tinio said in his blog that the beauty from Mandaue only needs to submit her thesis before finally wrapping up an IT degree at the University of San Jose – Recoletos.

Piczon’s national costume was created by Danny Booc who got the outfit’s inspiration from a bibingka (native rice cakes) vendor.
