Vice President Leni Robredo on Sunday laughed off a pro-Duterte group that said it may now tap her to lead its proposed revolutionary government.
The Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte-National Executive Coordinating Committee (MRRD-NECC) earlier said it would “maybe” consider Robredo to lead the revolutionary government after being snubbed by the President.
“Unang una, noong nabasa ko, natawa ako. Parang gusto kong sabihin, constitutional successor po ako—hindi unconstitutional, hindi extra-constitutional successor. Hindi ako magiging bahagi ng kahit ano na galaw na labag sa ating Konstitusyon,” Robredo said in her weekly radio show. (GMA News)
