Former Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim laid to rest

After a mass was offered in his Tondo residence, former Manila Mayor Alfredo S. Lim is finally laid to rest at the North Cemetery also in Manila on August 29, 2020. Lim served as a mayor of Manila twice (1992-1998) and (2007-2013). Lim, 90, is a well-decorated police officer after he had served as chief of the Western Police District (now Manila Police District). He also served as National Bureau of Investigation director from 1989 to 1992.
