‘Better Days’ proves that pure love is more than physical

Positive and supportive relationships are more fulfilled, happier and feel more connected.

This is the message the digital series “Better Days” wants to impart to the public as it attempts to change the negative impressions on same-sex relationships.

“Hindi ko alam kung paano namin ikukumpara ang ‘Better Days’ sa ibang naunang BL series,” said Carlo Obispo, director of the series, during an online press conference recently. “Gusto lang namin makapagbigay ng inspiration at happiness sa lahat.”

Obispo said: “Relationship should not destroy each other pero dapat makatulong ito para mag-grow ang relationship ng isang couple. Sa series na hindi, ipapakita namin ang pagtutulungan ng isang couple para maging successful sila sa isa’t isa. Hindi lang ito puro wal-wal o pagpapakita ng katawan.” (Manila Bulletin)
