THE Bulacan provincial government has imposed a five-day lockdown of its capitol in Malolos City Aug. 10-14 to give way to disinfection following results that had three of its employees yielding positive for COVID-19.
All three employees who turned out contaminated have already been taken to an isolation facility as the provincial government hinted on contact tracing in progress.
The provincial government however said that affected offices at the Capitol Main Building will hold office for the meantime at the Bulacan Convention Center.
As of this posting, Bulacan recorded a total of 1,699 infections. Of this figure, 1,047 are active cases. Interestingly, 600 has already recovered while death tolls stands at 52.
